The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key clients, including referring physicians, sales leaders, course centers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). The role ensures efficient case flow, revenue growth, and strategic positioning of Dentascan.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage key account relationships to drive revenue.
- Act as the main contact, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Work with teams to meet client needs and explore new opportunities.
- Identify new accounts and re-engage lost clients.
- Stay updated on dental trends to position Dentascan as a leader.
- Report on account performance and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain key relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and CBCT software is a plus.
